"AC went out for multiple rooms and no fix. Was 95 degrees on Saturday. Untrained staff at front desk - didn’t know how to book car ride, set up parking. Evening staff (Mya) and restaurant staff were top notch. Lack of service mindset for other staff. No attempt to help those without AC except provide fans. This hotel will not last if something major doesn’t change soon. "

"Very friendly staff, quiet, and a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, well maintained and spacious. Some things to plan for: Not all rooms (or floors) have a microwave, in my experience suites do. Not all rooms have a bath tub. Must pay for parking daily for every vehicle and the parking lot is very small."

" A nice stay downtown Omaha. Parking not included and cost $32 for self park and $35 for valet per stay. Rooms were clean and hotel had lots of character with being an older building. Nice restaurant attached but no breakfast included. Small gym with some Dumbbells and cardio but looks like they are working to improve it. Overall nice stay! "

"The room was nice and clean, and the property in good shape (albeit a little older). The noise from the highway close by was loud at times but our fan that we brought drowned that out. "

"The pool was out of service. The front door was out of service. The front elevators were out of service. The bedroom had urine stains in the carpet, mold and feces on the wall. This was by far the worst property I have been to. We did not stay, and instead just drove home. Never stay here!!"
