Welcome to The Westwind House, located in the sought-after beach town of The Village of North Palm Beach, home of the North Palm Beach Country Club, a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course open to the public. The Club offers access to a large pool and interactive splash pad as well as multiple dining options. The Westwind House is centrally located with something for everyone! Enjoy a dip in your own private heated saltwater pool or take a quick drive to the many beaches nearby: Lakeside Park (.9 miles), Singer Island (3 miles), and Juno Beach (4 miles).

This bright and sun filled home is beautifully furnished is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The house was completely renovated in 2022 and has brand new everything! Sparkling brand new saltwater pool just completed in 2023. All furniture newly purchased in 2023 as well. Fully stocked laundry room and kitchen: towels, beach towels, sheets, beach chairs, board games, outdoor grill and more. The home comes with high-speed internet, three large Smart TVs, and full access to Hulu with live TV. The Master bedroom has one king bed, the second bedroom has one queen, the third has two twins and the fourth has twin over queen bunk beds. For additional space there is a pull out couch in the Florida room and a blow up mattress for overflow. For families staying with young children, a pack-n-play, highchair, and other kid accessories are available.

If you are with family or friends the entertainment is endless. Minutes away from world class golf, amazing restaurants and more: West Palm Beach (10 miles), Palm Beach Outlets (5 miles), Jupiter (5 miles) Palm Beach Zoo (10 miles), MLB Spring Training facility (3 miles), Alboca Golf Course (5 mile), PGA National (3 miles), and Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 13 miles away.

Overall great stay

Great welcoming home in a quiet neighborhood. Location was perfect for our daily activities and offered many close amenities. The heat pump to the pool was acting up, but property manager was great about communication and getting it handled. Clean home and easy check in and check out. Would stay here every visit.

We were so happy with this house! It looked just like the photos and was so clean! We had 10 people and it fit all 10 very comfortably, and the pool/outside is great for hanging out! Would definitely recommend!

Bright, Impeccable Gem That's Centrally Located

The home was exactly as pictured but seemed much more spacious IRL. This was the brightest, cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed in!! It was also stocked better than any other property we've experienced (laundry soap, sunscreen, etc). The neighborhood is lovely, quiet and super close to everything. A must-stay!!

Nice Place in Palm Beach Area

Well appointed and recently renovated, this place comfortably fit our family and provided a convenient and quiet place to call home for a few days while we were in the area for a family event. 4 bed rooms, 2 baths and a common area and sun room gave us plenty of room to move around and enjoy our down time in between activities. Super close to shopping and main roads gave us great access to both Jupiter and PBI. Pool was new as well and had a nice patio to enjoy evenings in the backyard! Loved the fact that our host allowed us a late check out too!! Thank you!!! We had a great stay.

You won't be disappointed!!

This rental was one of the nicest I've booked. The house is newly renovated and extremely clean. The location is so convenient whether you want to get to Palm Beach Gardens or West Palm Beach. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. The beach is closeby as well and very easy to get to but you really don't need to with the saltwater pool in the backyard. The house has all the pool toys and accessories you could ask for. There are comfortable lounge chairs, a dining set for 6 and a grill in the backyard. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances and all the cooking implements you need. Communication with the property manager was easy and prompt. I'd highly recommend a stay at this home and would love to stay here in the future.
