"Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us. "Great spaced out flat, comfortable stay for a family 4-6 persons. Having dedicated parking was a blessing in Bayonne area especially night time. Host was very active in responding for any questions. Location was covinient considering we had our car to move around. "

"I had a longer stay here. I felt very comfortable. The apartment is on the top floor. There is an elevator to take your suitcases or shopping upstairs.Everything you need is available. I think that one or two little things will be added over time. The hostess went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, gave me tips on where to go and where to find things.The park right next door is especially great. I can highly recommend it."
