Very clean. Very well stocked. Lovely beach-themed decor. Lots of options available for every kind of potential need for guests- such as board games, books for adults and kids, toys etc for kids. Extra necessities available in case you forgot something- deodorant, shampoo, etc Plenty of supplies available... the house was very well stocked.
