"Super friendly staff. No elevator on facility and we were advised that the king suites were all upstairs. The staircase is rather tall. Breakfast was exactly the same each day. Only refrigerated french toast that had to be microwaved. Cereal and instant oatmeal. Some fruit and muffins. We're very accommodating with our small dog. ,(With a deposit) Was clean and roomy."

"We were unsatisfied because the elevator was out of order. We were on the second floor and the stairs do not have a handrail. It was dangerous. An email telling us about the elevator would have given us the option of staying somewhere else. The staff when they were available were helpful and apologetic. Do not recommend this hotel.Sadly."

"We were thrilled to see that, unlike other Best Westerns we stayed at the past 2 weeks, the very low 1960 models toilets were replace with taller ones. The layout of the room was excellent providing adequate bathroom counter space. The wet bar area was a plus as was the small dining table and two chairs. The TV was easy to use and channels were easy to navigate. The room was clean and the Luxury Vinyl Flooring jn the bedroom was a positive change allowing for easy cleaning//disinfecting. The breakfast bar was exceptional. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It appeared that this facility was family owned and operated. Kudos to ownership for giving great value for the price. As long as ownership continues to operate with customer they should do well. Will stay here again if we travel the area in the future. Anyone looking at accommodations in Baker City, Oregon will not be disappointed."
