We changed rooms and at the same price the room had less stuff like furniture. There was an offer to have us switch rooms for a third time but no offer for an upgrade or points. They wouldn’t even see the rooms and clean them because they said the cleaning staff went home. Old and dusty fixtures and furniture. Torn ottomans in the lobby. Just an awful mess of a hotel."

"The beds were not the best this time smells and stains on all of the bedding including the pillowcases fitted sheets EVERYTHING We had to strip the beds, disinfect them then make the beds from scratch. The htel hostess was nice enough to bring us clean bedding so we tipped her"
