Welcome to The Red Rock Beach House!

This spacious, custom home is located in the heart of North Rustico, PEI. The home has incredible harbour views, and is within walking distance to the beach & restaurants!

North Rustico is the perfect place to unwind. It is a quaint town with all the amenities, including a grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, and gas station.

When you walk in the front door, you'll immediately notice the spaciousness and comfort that awaits.

In the living room, cozy up to the double-sided fireplace. Watch the fishing boats go by through the large wall-to-wall bay windows. There is a 50” Smart TV for quiet nights in, with streaming apps like Netflix, Prime, Disney+, casting, and a DVD/blu ray player for watching DVDs. There is a mini fridge here as well for additional refrigerated space.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, which accommodates 8. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, utensils, and cookware. There is additional seating for 4 more people at the kitchen island.

Next to the kitchen is the spacious laundry room which comes stocked with detergent for your use.

Just off of the kitchen is the side door leading to the wrap-around upper deck. Picture yourself and your family enjoying a meal at the outdoor dining table.

On this deck there are adirondack chairs for lounging while you take in the breathtaking views and salty fresh air. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or drink of choice at sunset!

Continuing on the MAIN FLOOR, there are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms:
• Bedroom 1 is the primary, which has a king bed, walk in closet, and beautiful ocean views.
• The ensuite bathroom has a comfortable jetted tub and stand-up shower.
• Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.
• Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a small TV + Roku.
• The main bathroom is on this floor as well, with a shower/tub combo.

The LOWER LEVEL (walk-out) has 2 very large bedrooms and 1 full bathroom:
• Bedroom 4 has a king bed, sectional, smart TV, and a door that leads to the patio and large yard.
• Bedroom 5 has a queen bed and a large office and desk area.

Please note, as with the majority of east coast homes, we have a heat pump; we do not have central air. This air conditioning unit is located in the twin bedroom and cools the three main floor bedrooms. Typically, the summer nights are cool and breezy - so you can open the windows, and hear the waves too! During the cooler months, enjoy the luxurious in-floor radiant heat throughout the entire house.

NEW: There is a fully-automatic Cummins standby generator onsite, so you can book with peace of mind! This will power the entire home in the event of a power outage.
