"Fantastic property and location "

"Spent a week in the property. Great stay in a generous sized property. Less than 5 minutes from the beach. 5 minute walk from the town centre. Good range of shops and eating places in Newbiggin. Near park land which was ideal for the dog. House was well equipped. Good sized bathroom. Rear yard was a nice suntrap and very private. Good sized bedrooms and very clean."

"4 day stay with my family. House is beautiful....views from the front of the house are amazing....beach is a few short steps away.....good location...nice quiet area....no negatives at all..."

"Great house with nice views good parking opposite, very clean house comfy beds good kitchen with all we needed close to beach shops pubs and food. My grandaughter loved it as there was horses in the field and bats flying about feeding as soon as it went dark. We will be back soon"

"We booked the property to celebrate my father in laws 80th birthday so there were lots of people ranging from 2 months old to 102 years old! The house itself is fab and the accommodation on offer was great. Location is excellent being near Bolam Lake with some good walks. We had a few teething problems in terms of heating and some supplies but all in all had a good stay"

"Lovely clean bright flat with excellent amenities, was great to have a washer dryer.Clean bright rooms, lovely large bathroom.It is up fairly steep staircase to get to the rooms and 3 steep steps to kitchen so not suitable if you had mobility issues.Beds lovely and big and comfortable "

"Great central location but peaceful and quiet. Parking next to cottage is tricky but parking is available a short walk away. Dogs must be kept on a lead and are not allowed to walk on other properties grass at all. The cottage has everything you need inside and is very homely. "

"Excellent venue with lots of parking. Very clean and spacious. This was a last minute booking and communication was poor. You don't get access instructions until you pay a waiver that costs either an additional £10 or £25 depending on what you choose. And then you have to chase to get it back. Sounds a bit of a con to me but I had no choice. Overall though the property was excellent, just let down by a poor letting agent in my opinion."
