We found our stay and the Maxim to be beyond a 5⭐️ experience. Staff was friendly, attentive, and super helpful. Facilities were immaculate.. Can’t say enough good things about the Maxim.

We had a very good stay made better by customer service getting us a shower mat for my husband who has trouble walking. They upgraded us to a higher floor which had a fantastic view. Top notch!

Excellent proximity to Westlake Girls High School where my wife was working, to the bus station - great transport to city and other areas, and to super eating/drinking places nearby. Easy to find from the motorway.

Just one night - everything was great. Great view, great service, great room. Everything works in that hotel, fires on all cylinders. Only negative was a bit of noise from the street later into the night.

I absolutely loved this property it had the right amount of busy but calm/quiet charm in a safe suburb at the right times. Staff both front desk and back house excellent service provided. As a single female traveling alone as a lot of us are doing these days the parking arrangements are safe, simple and easy. The location was perfect!! Everything about it was great!

2 bed suite was perfect for our family of 4. Great views of the city. Awesome location and within minutes walking distance to many amenities: supermarket, cafes/restaurants, library, indoor entertainment centre, mall etc. Clean, comfortable, quiet, well resourced mini kitchen area and full sized fridge freezer. Washing and drying facilities in apartment. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for other families.

I arrived after hours and the key retrieval was easy. During the stay the room was cleaned very well and the staff was always friendly and accomdating.

Selected "The Emerald Inn" via internet and it was everything and more than we expected. We spent a week there and it was just what we wanted and needed. The room was very clean and had more than what we expected - range, dishes, etc. It was within easy walking distance of a gorgeous beach, a fantastic restaurant - The Cafe and Bakery. We chose not to rent a car and where able to explore Auckland via bus and ferry as well as other sites. Transportation system makes it easy to get around. ...

Very clean hotel and good toiletries in large bottles. Close to the motorways and other amenities. My 3 kids loved the beds thought they very so comfy.

The Quest Albany is a great hotel for a longer stay. I went to go fishing with a colleague and was suggested the Hotel as it was in close proximity to the house he was staying in with family. Although the hotel does not offer room service or a restaurant, it has really good restaurants just adjacent within a 30 seconds walk. The Albany Bakery and Cafe is excellent. The front desk staff was fantastic. Liani in particular was exceptional. She assisted us on numerous occasions throughout our staff and even assisted with making sure we were able to get the best rate that was appropriate for our stay and our group. Her customer service skills were second to none. I believe she was from South America (possibly Chili). Wherever she's from, the quality of her training and upbringing really showed through. Big appartment with balcony and view over the bay. Clean. Would need a little renovation work here or there, but for the price it was excellent.
