We received an upgraded accommodation upon arrival. The jacuzzi tub was an amazing surprise. Very sweet little apartment with a thoughtfully decorated nautical theme. Was cool watching the lobster boats doing their thing in the mornings.

A Little Slice of Paradise

We enjoyed our time in this property which had a view of the ocean from the balcony. The house was clean and well provisioned with all that we needed. The hostess couldn't have been more helpful and attentive to anything that we might need. We didn't stay "home" very much because we were out seeing the sights.

The studio apartment was well maintained, spacious and clean with the most adorable seaside decor. Good air flow. Enjoyed the indoor jaccuzi hot tub at the end of the day. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The 180 degree view to the east of the Atlantic ocean from the back veranda was stunning! I enjoyed sitting on the comfy our door furniture having coffee. Host and owner Lonnie was very welcoming and answered all my questions from the booking to check! Highly recommend Sea Ocean Parrot View Resort.

I thought the room was decent sized and had a few plates, glasses etc that you need. It was okay, but we could hear the people above us walking around quite a lot, the wifi was just as bad as trying to find cell phone reception, and a lot of the wood around the hot tubs, decks etc need to be replaced as everything is quite weathered.

The location is breathtaking, right on the ocean. We shared the large hot tub with our friends. The accommodation was large and had everything we needed. The owners were very helpful and nice to talk to. Due to the previous weather the beach was inaccessible due to the stairs being washed away. Breakfast is no longer an option at this location but we were provided with coupons for a couple of restaurants in the area, both were excellent, The Clucking Hen, especially.

We stayed here from July 7–10, 2025, and were so pleasantly surprised by everything about this place. Our apartment was wonderful—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully appointed. The hosts were incredibly gracious and made us feel so welcome. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking, and the location right on the Cabot Trail couldn't be more perfect. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to return if we get the chance!

This is a place with amazing natural beauty. Being a remote area the dinning options are limited and hard to get after 6:00 pm. Internet access is good. Loni and Ray, the owners, are very accommodating. We had a very peaceful rest after some trails and traveling time.

Very friendly owner - a pleasure to talk with Lonnie. Beautiful grounds. Sunrise is lovely coming up over the Atlantic. A nice place to call home the few days spent in the Cabot Trail. Hope to come back one day.

We had such a great time here! The location is awesome, the time in the hammocks was sublime, and it's not too far from the beach (~35 min by car), which was great for paddleboarding, swimming, etc. A couple guests (including us) did not get the room/suite they reserved on Expedia, so I'd advise guests to confirm your room with the owner directly once you've booked. In our case it worked out fine, as we got one of the adorable cottages and it was awesome; the owners were super helpful and lovely. Having a firepit was awesome - like camping but better! We loved the hot tub and all the different lounging spot options. A great spot to unwind and relax by the sea. I hope we can be back! My only note is that the chemical/floral cleaning smell when we first checked in was so strong, it gave both me and my daughter a headache. It was gone by the second day, but I'd suggest notifying the owner in advance (which I failed to do) if you have a scent sensitivity.

The Sea Parrot Resort was quite and had a lovely setting along the water. However our greeting upon arrival was not friendly. The online description of the apartment was far from accurate. The inroom air freshener used was so strong it caused a headache. And lastly, the shower curtain was so dirty that it was an orange color at least 1 foot up all along the bottom. It hadn't been washed for probably a couple of months.
