Villa Bellagio-Beautiful Beachfront Beach Home in Cayman Kai with large pool

Nestled amongst whispering palms on the bio-bay in the popular Cayman Kai area, on the north coast, is a comfortable family home that welcomes all!

Arranged on two floors, this is the perfect ‘home from home’ with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms (the half bath is outside in the building next to the pool). This beach house makes for the perfect retreat for a family get-together or a group of friends planning for a relaxing vacation. There is a large King bedroom/bathroom downstairs, and then 4 bedrooms upstairs (3 Kings and Twins), all with ensuite bathrooms. There is a small 2nd floor balcony at the top of the stairs, for those of you keen to wake up early and watch the sunrise! There is also a private balcony off the Master Suite, allowing guests to enjoy morning coffee before an adventurous day or an evening cocktail to watch the sunset! The newly remodelled gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast for a large group of 12. Two ovens, a large stove, a wine fridge and a huge center island with bar stools, means everyone can comfortably gather and socialise, dicuss their day and prepare a delectable meal!

The ample pool and outside area allows for casual BBQ’s in the warm sunshine or cool moonlight, with a tranquil beach, private boat dock and hammocks to laze about on. There is ample picnic tables for outside dining, and numerous sunloungers for all to lay around the pool and soak up the sun! This property has many “toys” to play with such as kayaks (1) and paddleboards (4) to explore the cove, and if you are lucky enough you can paddle out at night to catch the amazing light show in the water produced by mother nature herself, the bioluminescence! The dock allows you the option to easily rent a boat for a few days or your whole stay! There are also bicycles (7) to explore the surrounding area, and we suggest heading over to Star Fish Point for a swim and snorkel and to watch the sunset!
(Please note that the Hobbie Cat is not for guests use - that belongs to the owner.)

Situated close by are Rum Point Beach and Kaibo Yacht Club, which offers some wonderful wining & dining options, from beach barbecues to famous mudslide cocktails to gourmet cuisine! You also have options for water-bound activities like snorkeling, scuba diving, jet- skiing, boating and trips to Stingray City. Just a quick drive out of the area (5-15 minutes) will lead you to some of the best restaurants the island has to offer as well as a corner store, a full grocery store and some amazing activities like the Crystal Caves. A rental car is recommended as this property is about 45 minutes from the Airport.

After a full day be sure to head back to Villa Bellagio in time to catch the sun’s finale as it sinks into the horizon of the Caribbean Sea. It is truly unforgettable!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great house! Our family of 7 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby stayed for a week. The house had everything you would need. It was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked including spices and oils. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. We loved the kayak and paddle boards that were supplied. We rode the bikes to Rum Point and to Kaibo. Only disappointment was not being able to swim in the bay. The bottom is filled with Jelly fish. Other than that we would definitely recommend this house!

What a great place!

Private beach, pool, plenty of lounge chairs & a spacious house with plenty of room for the nine of us (6 adults, one 3 yr old, and two 1 yr olds)… what more could you ask for??? We loved being on Bioluminescent Bay. The paddle boards and kayak were so much fun. From the house it is an easy walk to Rum Point Club (highly recommend), Kaibo, and Starfish Point (all great). Definitely need to plan ahead for groceries, and allow plenty of time when driving to the airport or 7 mile beach. Villa Bellagio was a great choice for us and Barbara, the property manager, was kind and helpful.

Great part of the island

Sizable space easily able to handle 10 but it would be a little crowded with more. Nice pool and great place to kayak and paddle board. This is a great location in that it isn't too busy and is close to many natural sights.

February 2020 Stay

We had four couples and house worked very well. Everyone was comfortable and certainly enjoyed the pool and all the toys. Also enjoyed the grill, same as I have at home. I want to thank Barbara, Leland and their staff, they helped make our stay most memorable. Obviously Rum Point is ideal for shutting down for a week and the villa is in perfect position.

Villa Bellagio- Dec 2024

My family and I came out for my 50th birthday and stayed at the Villa Bellagio. What a fantastic property with beautiful views of the ocean and area. Property was exactly as listed, rooms were spacious and kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed 10 days of vacation and did not have a single issue with the property. The pool is great and can walk right down to the water for some paddle boarding or kayaking if you want. Check in was easy and Barbara answered immediately when we did call. I would highly recommend this place to stay for anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing vacation within walking distance of Rum Point. 5 stars all around and we definitely be back at some point.

Beautiful House

Villa Bellagio is beautiful! We had 9 people (5 adults and 4 kids) and everyone had more than enough space. It's a bit of a drive from the airport and 7 mile beach area but definitely worth it (and the drive isn't bad at all). The bay is perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding and going out at night to experience the bioluminescence. I would suggest putting in a grocery order with Hurley's and have them deliver; well worth the delivery fee. The house is very well stocked with anything you might need from kitchen items to pool toys to ocean toys (there are 4 paddle boards and 1 kayak) and 7 bikes. Barbara, the property manager is so friendly and helpful. We loved it here and would stay again in a heart beat!

Awesome property & location

This house had everything you would need/want for both adults and children. I gave the description of the property 5 stars but would have rated it even higher if I could. The house was larger than I expected with 5 full bathrooms and a half bath by the pool. 8 adults and 2 children fit very comfortably. Walking distance to Rum Point & Kaibo. Plenty of towels for pool and bathrooms. Kitchen had anything you would need for preparing and serving meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for a family of 11 to relax and enjoy this area of Grand Cayman. There were restaurants within biking distance that had delicious food. Starfish point was within biking distance. The paddle boards were available for our whole family to enjoy and experience the bioluminescence bay at night - coolest thing ever. Crystal Caves were a short drive and I recommend doing the tour on Wednesday and including the family style meal with it- we were well taken care of by the tour guide Syd and the chefs. Barbara helped us with anything that we needed otherwise. We also recommend taking the ferry from Kaibo to Camano Cay which had shops, movie theater, and excellent options as well for restaurants. This was a way faster way to get to the other side of island. Brayden from Blue Haven Charters picked us from our dock to go to stingray city and snorkel. He was absolutely delightful person and we had such a good time. Stingray city is really the only thing you need to use a charter for. Everything else was convenient to this beautiful home. This home really did have everything and we spent every waking moment outside. I would recommend any family call this place home for their vacation to Grand Caymans.

September 2018 Stay

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect. We had 8 people and felt totally comfortable. The house was clean and well stocked! We loved taking the kayak and paddle boards out at night and checking out the bioluminescent bay! We rented a private charter boat that picked us up right at Kaibo and took us to stingray city, starfish beach, a few snorkeling spots and to camana bay for dinner. They dropped us off right at the dock at the house. We visited the crystal caves and played golf on George Town. We loved the food at the Over the Edge cafe. There was lots to do within a short distance of the house. It was a great overall vacation!

Beautiful Home, Outstanding Location!

We had the most amazing time at Villa Bellagio with family, celebrating birthdays! The home was immaculate, and the kitchen had more than everything we needed for a group of 9! We enjoyed the pool, paddle boards, outdoor spaces, and bikes. Starfish Point was #1 on everyone's list of the top 5 things that we did, including snorkeling at Rum Point, a private boat tour to Stingray City & snorkeling at the reef, visiting the Crystal Caves and exploring the bioluminescent bay at night! We had one small issue of a fire alarm battery needing to be changed, and Barbara was available to help us get it fixed quickly! The beds and living spaces were super-comfortable, and the house was elegant and located conveniently between Starfish Point and Rum Point. We hope to return for another vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were 3 families (5 adults, 6 children aged 3 and under) and the villa was well-suited for our group. The villa was spotless, kitchen well-stocked and modern, rooms were large, pool was perfect with lots of covered areas. Downsides are the distance to Seven-mile/airport/large grocery stores, and beach is a little sandy/rocky so hard to walk on. But being right in the bioluminescence bay was spectacular and saves you a trip right there! Beds were really comfortable though pillows could use some variety. Large bedrooms and ensuite for most was great for multiple families. Barbara was extra quick to reply and helpful with any questions we had. We rented equipment for the kids which was delivered to the villa beforehand as well. Would highly recommend!

The home was very clean and had plenty of towels. The only thing is they should have available a small vacuum to use for sand brought in. The beach area was nice. It has some grassy things in it that usually not there according to the locals. Went to Starfish alley right up the road. No need to book that trip. Kaibo is a nice bar right up by there by starfish alley. Rum Point Resort has a nice restaurant also.

A Must Stay!

This was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations I’ve ever had. Rum Point is the perfect place to stay - quiet, great sand, sun and fun. The house is perfect - so clean, private beach, kayaks, SUP. This will be our go to place in Cayman!

Fabulous stay in paradise!

The condo was exactly as described. The beach was deserted for most of the week and absolutely pristine. Our kids, ages 11-17 had a great time snorkeling, building sand castles and sunbathing on the huge deck.The condo itself has everything you could want from beach towels, shampoo, beach toys, games, Netflix, even kitchen essentials like olive oil and sugar. This was truly an amazing spot for our vacation and I highly recommend it!

Awesome place for a family gathering!

This house has it all. We had 8 adults and 3 children and there was more than enough room for all. The house is very clean and has all the amenities you would want or need. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very responsive. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and a 1/2 bath by the pool. There is a nice sandy beach at Rum Point and a Ferry to Camana Bay from Kaibo Beach.

Great for a large group

Kitchen was well stocked and good for cooking for a large group, great to have the extra beverage fridges. The tables were perfect sizes for group of 10-12. Bioluminescent was incredible and lovely sunset views. Walking distance to Rum Point and Kiabo for more restaurants and swimming beaches. Paddle boards were great to have on the bay. Would be nice if the beach had more soft sand (a little rocky), but it didn't stop us from enjoying our time in the sun. Barabara was lovely - responsive and kind :)

Had a wonderful trip

The house is exactly what was advertised on VRBO. The management was super professional. The house was clean and really well equipped in the kitchen and also out on the beach. Everything worked well and it was a lovely place to stay. This is a really great area if you’re looking to relax. There are some great restaurants really close by. I would stay there again. .

Family and friends vacation

We have been planning this vacation for a year and the property did not disappoint! It is a great location and absolutely amazing home. Being on the bioluminescent bay was a great swim every evening. Ray Day's charter picked us up right from the dock at the home. There are fabulous food places close and lots of sughts close.
