"It’s close to, but far enough away from busy Woodstock VT. About a 10 min drive. The property is beautiful, well kept. Lots of areas to walk or hang out by the river. The room was spacious and comfortable! Great shower!!! We ate in the dining room the 2nd night and we’re very happy with our meals! A couple good places close by for pizza or fried clams/fries and ice cream. Lots of shops/cafes in Woodstock itself. King Arthur baking company only 30 mins north. Definitely will return. (Hopefully to better weather- thunderstorms)"

"Super cozy rooms with large comfortable beds, beautiful outdoor area with a fire pit near the river. If you open your windows at night you can hear the river which is lovely. Just a couple minutes drive from Woodstock center"

"The Inn is a timeless rustic beauty, with a wonderful view over the Connecticut River, which borders Vermont and NH. The house, built in 1881, has some of the original large plank oak flooring. It is (as can be seen from their picture) great to sit out on the covered porch and watch the eagles fly over the water. The owners, Blessing and Kaelan, were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast made with food from their local farm, starting with a lovely granola yoghurt and finishing with a homemade tasty almond cake. "

"The house was cute and comfortable. I loved the old feel of it. The location was remote and serene, and we enjoyed the sound of the river across the street while chatting on the porch. We had no problem with making our meals, as the kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Our dog was very comfortable and surprised by a visit from some Guinea hens in the morning. She was less polite in greeting the friendly dog from next door. I was pleasantly surprised that the tap water tasted good, as I had forgotten to bring drinking water and didn't have to find a store. The trip was about visiting, and we got to do plenty of that!"

"The innkeeper, Lea, was excellent! She helped with our check in process. It went seamlessly. And she helped us when we had an issue with our TV. She was also extremely helpful with our breakfast and checkout! I would give her 5 stars! And the home was beautiful!!!"
