"The place was absolutely dirty, when you walk to the floor, your feet will be fully black. The food was in the restaurant was not good at all. The property maintain thing like stairs restroom toilet flush was absolutely bad. Only one positive thing is the staff is very good and friendly."

"There was NO shuttle available and the staff spoke little English. Upon contacting the Hotel I was advised shuttle only from Hotel to Airport - I had to make my own way there in the first place? No buffet breakfast available due to low occupancy. The room was average despite being classed a 5* hotel. Tea making facility in the room was poor with plug for keetle at floor level and no Tea bags.The Hotel needs to remove SHUTTLE from their description. I would NOT book this Hotel again."

"The room was very dirty with no ventilation and smelling of sweat and stail air. No window in the room and it was cockroach infested with mosquitos. The sheets were dirty. I usually don't bother doing reviews unless it is extremily good or extremily bad. I wouldn't spend another night there even if they paid me."
