Very quiet place if you are looking for some peace. It has a very nice view in the back where you sit and relax, read a book or just enjoy the sun or the evening.

Practical spot. No frills. Glad for the pool.

Practical place for a family w 2 little kids to spend a couple of nights. Not fancy. No water views, but a big yard for them to run in and a small pool to cool off in. Pity that everything in Cape Cod is so damn pricey, but that's life.

We liked the location. The bed should be a King Size in my opinion for a couple to fit comfortably on the same bed. The pullout couch bed had a sign saying do not use broken. The main refrigerator did not freeze water up top but there was another smaller refrigerator we plugged in and used that. They should repair or get rid of the underperforming refrigerator. We could not get local TV stations. You could not even enter in a station number on the remote. We think the remote was mainly for the other offerings like Roku but are not sure. Very frustrating to have to tune into a New York News channel for the closest news. Also the TV sat on a bureau and was not facing good for the couch or the bed. They should mount it on a wall or someplace better for most viewing. A second TV in this case would work well or move the furniture around. They should not list this room on Expedia without telling you clearly and upfront that this is a third party rental and the Main Lobby provides no services to you other than giving you a parking pass. That caused us a lot of confusion not knowing that important detail.

Nothing fancy, but a nice place to stay

This condo served its purpose. It was clean and comfortable, but definitely not cozy for our week in Truro/Ptown. The kitchen is not very cohesive, no complete sets of utensils,etc. we hadn’t planned on cooking there, so that was fine. When we arrived the fridge was not working- owner/manager corrected the problem the next day and we were all set. Very happy with that service. Pool is nice, but the pics don’t really show that it is in the parking lot overlooking the road. We were surprised. Overall, we’d rent again- the price was great and it served our needs.

It was a nice weekend getaway. The condo had what it needed, was warm, comfortable and spacious for a studio. It could have been cleaner, but was really not bad. Can't say anything about the property manager, we had no reason to contact them.

Nice clean room

Overall great place to stay - only docked a star because the air conditioning (reason we chose this specific place over others that were both cheaper and on the water) was broken. It was very hot those days and it would have been amazing to have a nice cool room to sleep in after a day at the beach or day walking all over P'town. Having said that, the contact person Gianna and Jared the GM were responsive and got maintenance there asap. Unfortunately it was beyond their maintenance guy's scope and calls left at local hvac co's went unreturned as typical during a heatwave when they're all slammed. Jared the GM was apologetic, pro-active, and ended up refunding a generous portion of the charges for "lack of amenities". So they did right by us - can't complain. The pool at the Braemar was our saving grace! Perfect for cooling off at the end of the day. Water was perfect temp - cool, not cold, and the pool and surrounding area were spotlessly clean and not overly chlorinated as common in hotel pools . Stuff happens, I get it. My only suggestion would be - if possible - check that AC, etc. is in good working order every so often, if not between rentals. Thanks, Barb

Cozy studio in a perfect location

The North Truro studio was everything my boyfriend and I needed for a quick cape cod getaway. Just minutes away from the beach and downtown Provincetown, we were close to all our favorite spots.
