"Everything about the experience with the hotel was excellent. As parking is tricky in the old town, you park in nearby car park and they drive you to the hotel - all well coordinated. The hotel has been beautifully designed - it maintains many of the old features of the buildings, while at the same time adding modern elegance and convenience. Our rooms were very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant- both highly recommended. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly- gave us some good tips on what to explore in the town."

"We drove 2.5 hours out of the way to get to this hotel. It was locked tight. No one was present! We had to drive back out of the mountains 2.5 hours to carry on with our journey. Why didn’t the hotel inform us that they were closed!!!!!"

"The concierge was helpful with absolutely anything you might need. From hot spots around the city, to getting around in a place difficult to navigate. Also some very valid advice when it came to tourist hot spots."
