"I actually sent a msg the same evening that Metswere could not be found in Main. Telephone number did not exist.i believe it is a scam. Pin location did also not exist. We had to find other accommodation.

Wow! Fantastic stay, superior staff, super friendly, and absolutely peaceful. The lodge is small, about 8 units, in the middle of a reserve with tranquility. The food was absolutely amazing. Animals on site and inspiring. Make a call to be let in the gate when you arrive.

We came back to this property after a prior visit, because of the great experience due to our first experience. We were again very glad we were there. Great service, kind staff, delicious food and good entertainment. If ever are blessed to return to Maun, we will return to Maun Lodgen

Staff is helpful, room is good and clean. I know we are in Botswana and I don’t expect air conditioner for rooms because electric power is from solar panel.
I hope hotel can keep in mind one very important thing: don’t supply spaghetti made of yuca, for many people including us, this yuca will cause severe food allergy, which lasted for two days.

A pleasant surprise, better than what we expected based on other reviews, especially considering the pricing compared to most other places in Botswana. The staff were friendly and welcoming, we had plenty of bottled water in the room (3 - more than all other places we stayed at), WIFI in the room (also a rarity), hairdryer and shampoo (not always provided). Hotel was great. Manager worked hard to make sure everything was good for us. It was a nice treat to have a kitchen in the room. The hotel also washed my car as a special surprise for the morning. One of the best hotels in my travels across Africa (7 countries). Breakfast was great.

Manager Kobus and owner Hennie made a personal commitment to our comfort and satisfaction. Dedicated and friendly staff contributed to the most awesome few days of our amazing trip to Africa. Location location location... Fantastic views over the river, many elephants, zebras and many other animals... what a wonderful place to be... We did not want to leave and will be back fir sure!!!!!! Absolutely LOVED it here!!!!!!!
