"Good base to explore the coast.Saltburn sea front is a must.The house itself wasn't 100%,we had to call maintenance to carry out a few repairs,the bathroom door wouldn't lock from the inside (annoying),the shower rail fell down, the handle on the bathroom window was broken, the shower curtain is way too long, paint is peeling off the wall in several locations,the front door threshold is filthy and you can't sit out in the backyard, you can't get Freeview channels on the TV we had to log into BBC...

"This was a fantastic cottage with all the mod cons and incredibly clean, lovely beds and towels and biscuits and milk left for us also.We did think there would be a back garden with grass as we had taken our little dog with us but there was'nt. My husband did find a very large field with right of way about 2 mins walk away so little dog loved it so not so much of a problem. "
