"from start to finish the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful , all of them including the contract gardener for the property. the property was in excellent shape clean and attractive, the rooms were adequate size with comfortable mattresses pillows and very nice sheets. it was a wonderful stay"

"Hotel is nice and in a good location for what we need. Fridge wasn’t up to temp on arrival, had to pull it out of cubby to turn up. Lighting in the bathroom could be brighter. Ice machines on floors 4-6 did not work, that’s was a bit frustrating. Overall plus is cleanliness and check in process."

"Nice rooms, fridge available, comfy beds and decent showers. Only problem is no elevator for 2nd floor. And heavy doors to go through. Friendly helpful staff. Decent price. Right on the P20 bus line. Lots of restaurants in the area and Holyoke Mall is like a 5-10 min bus ride from the hotel."
