"This property is located on a very busy street and brings concerns about the noise. The neighborhood was also concerning based on our walk to the property from the train station. The property was not very clean. There were shoe marks on the walls, spots on the bed sheets and an old beverage bottle of yellow liquid in the bathroom drawer. Not sure what it was. We ultimately were not comfortable staying here and went to a hotel."

"Overall the house was comfortable and cosy. The only drawback was that we did not find any extra pillows and bedrooms have no lampshades. The location was excellent and only around 25 mins walk to the town centre. Tasco is only 10 mins walk away and Abington Park around 15mins walk. Other shops are also within walking distance. The host was always reachable and even allowed us to keep the suitcases in the house after check out at 11am since the taxi came for us later. Will definitely recommend. "

"Comms with the owner was a bit patchy at times but the house was lovely with super comfy beds and loved that it had dedicated parking right outside. The cigarette butts in the garden was a little disgusting but inside was very clean and modern. Having 2 bathrooms was great too. Would recommend to anyone staying in Northampton and will deffo use again when we come back "

"Great location for seeing area around Northampton and easy rail access to London. Travelled to Althorp, London, Rushden LakeShops and Milton Keynes. Great places within easy access by car or rail."

"The house was an easy walk from the train station, one could get a taxi from the station. It was very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The walk into town is about 15 minutes, I would recommend it without hesitation, but with one caveat: the stairs are steep, which might be difficult for anyone with some mobility issues."

"Place was very clean and tidy, good location and ample parking outside. Beds comfortable and nice lounge. Property would benefit from an information booklet on the place. There were No instructions for waste, WiFi etc. "

"Apart from the cobwebs on the chandeliers and other locations in the property and some of the lights no work? Blewn bulbs and hairs left in the shower door and walls it's was fine. Nice property "

"I stay in hotels for work at least three times a month. This was by far the best experience I had in the last year. Immaculately clean room, quiet, free WiFi and parking. Breakfast was included in the price. Very friendly staff, nice surroundings. Town centre in walking distance. Would highly recommend this place. "
