"Staff was very helpful but at times didn’t follow through. We asked for help with separating the beds and that help never came. Room was clean but when we separated the beds it was clear they’ve not cleaned underneath Elevators were slow and then one stopped working. Hotels seemed to be almost at capacity so the wait was very long. Beautiful views but prepare to have late nights without sleep as the hotel is in the middle of the resort and there is a lot of noise and lights. Curtains help with the light. You can use some ear plugs tho if you want to turn in early."

"Clean rooms. Mini bar in the rooms. Quiet street.Location is close to the GrandMall and many shops and restaurants. Hotel is close to main bus lines that connect with all the other parts of the town, resorts, airport and Coach Station is 5-10 minutes walking distance. Reasonable prices for the quality it offers.
