A few things.. I stay in 5 star properties a lot. And this is one of the few that allows the public to roam the entire hotel. Most others would require a room key to get on a guest floor.. people not staying there were roaming the halls. I find this a major security issue that really needs to be addressed by you.. this police would seriously affect my staying there in the future.

The owners of Haley's Court have kept the best of the old and combined with the best of the new. From original tike in the bathrooms, original terrazzo flooring, they have added superior beds, large walkin showers, wifi and streaming TV.

Room was clean and quiet. Food was good service was excellent.

Wonderful place to stay!

This is a wonderful restoration of a 1905 home. The staff is awesome and makes the stay really enjoyable. The floors creek but the bed is comfortable and the breakfasts gourmet quality. Bikes are available, there is a pool and hot tub, plenty of parking. It is a wonderful escape from the standard hotels. We loved it. And we met a lot of really nice visitors as well. Great place that we will return to.

Best service I have ever had, right from the start. They called me personally right after I made my reservation to make sure I had everything I wanted and when I mentioned I wanted a different night they made it happen. They even gave me an upgraded room for free! Not only did they have free coffee and cookies waiting for us when we arrived they had wine. All was great from beginning to end.

We enjoyed our stay at Riverdale Inn! The innkeeper welcomed us to park in their parking lot early, so we could get out and see Jacksonville. The Riverwalk is only a few blocks away and is only a 2 mile walk to the downtown area. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The innkeeper, Eric, happily gave us feedback to our questions. In the morning, we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast, made to order by the chef! We would happily stay again! Many thanks!

I celebrated my bday in St Augustine with a large party that wasn't all able to book at the Victorian House. Anthony and Marilyn, owners, offered suggestions for other accommodations. Anthony and Marilyn even invited my outside guests to have breakfast with us. Food was amazing and staff did everything they could to make you comfortable. TJ's homemade chocolate chip cookies were the BEST! Beautiful room, gorgeous property, lovely balcony.. breakfast was just divine and delicious. Super easy walk to historic St George Street. Parking is a few blocks away but they allow luggage storage when you check in for your parking pass, and Dog Rose Brewery is right next to the lot, don't miss that place!

All was well but mattress was a little soft

We stayed at this Inn for two nights. Given the age of the Inn (1791), there was a concerned for musty orders, things not working. But it was perfect! Rooms were immaculately clean, plentys of outlets, and a spa bathtub in our room too. A/C, heating perfect and the room beautifully decorated with period pieces. All new plumbing. By far, best feature of the hotel is the pool area - it did not disappoint. Compared to so many other hotels, this pool has fun waterfalls which also provided shade. For the weekend we were there, it never felt crowded because the area in and around the pool is spacious. Loved how breakfast was a little different each morning - plenty of options.
