Step out the back door, and walk directly to Asticou Terraces or Thuya Garden, both part of the Preserve's beloved trail network. For adventurers, the Stanley Brook entrance to Acadia is less than a mile away—ideal for hiking, biking, or scenic drives along the Park Loop Road. The carriage roads and Jordan Pond are just minutes away by car or bike.

THE LODGE:
Rustic and charming space with 2 bedrooms and bath. This was the original cottage built by J.H. Curtis in 1881. This is a perfect space for a small family. It has a bedroom for the parents, an adjoining room with a twin bed, and its own living/play area, bath, and private porch.
