"Staff were outstanding at the front counter and in housekeeping. Breakfast was the best selection we've encountered at a Best Western. My kid said, "REAL Fruit Loops! Not frutti tooties!" The sliced breakfast sausage was WAY better than the links at other buffets. The room was quiet, modern, cozy, and w/out carpet--our preference. Parking was easy. The pool and spa were less relaxing since the place is next to a freeway and the traffic is LOUD. The room was much more relaxing. Shower was roomy...

"The housekeeping was excellent — fresh towels and empty waste baskets which is no longer the case in most/many hotels. Staff were friendly and pleasant.
My three suggestions are (1) to employ someone who can assist older guests get heavy luggage up the fairly long, steep stairs to the second floor while not doing other tasks and be tipped for his/her help. (2) Have air conditioning controls in Fahrenheit rather than centigrade, and
(3) Less importantly, the rather high pitched recorded...
