"Did not get to tour the water park area or any pools due to weather but trying to sleep in the room was impossible unless you wake up at 5 am. You could hear everything from the main hallway in echo. Doors slamming, people yelling down the hall. It was horrible. No luggage carts to be found and the internet and tv were useless."

Staff was great, and the breakfast bar was simply amazing. If I could give it 4 1/2 stars, I certainly feel it justifies that."
