"I paid for a Mountain View which was kind of nice but the windows were insanely dirty, so it was almost pointless. The ac was really dated and the hotel generally seemed like it could use some work. I loved the guy who checked me in, it was cool they had a few restaurants and a place to pick up decent snacks, and I did get a good nights sleep."

"A lot had shifted in a matter of a month, from my previous stay. Cleanliness in rooms could be much better: there was leftover hair in the towels and shower from previous guests. Room service no longer available, but takeout to your room is still an option, which is odd."

"Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here...

"The agent who checked us in was rude and not helpful! Told me to move away from the counter when I was trying to get the parking app loaded. Expedia said parking was included! Then the room was hot and we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work. Pretty miserable heat to sleep in! Then, breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6:30 but when we went down at 7:00, there was no food out! Breakfast was supposed to be included but we had to pay for another one at the airport! One if the worst...
