"We arrived in the evening, and check-in time was at four. The front desk staff was very accommodating. Valet parking was convenient but cost $76 per night. The room was clean and well-stocked, but when we needed to use the sofa bed, there were no linens provided. We were informed that we had to pick them up from the front desk since housekeeping was closed. Unfortunately, there were no extra pillows, so we had to share what we had. The sound machine was a thoughtful addition to help drown out the traffic noise from New York Ave. Only the ice machine on the 12th floor was functional. We missed happy hour, which ran from 4-7 pm. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The location was convenient, and we felt safe going out at night."
