The hotel public spaces were very dirty, expected to eat in a nasty conference room where a guest brought a huge dog into the breakfast space, no services such as restaurant or bar was available in common spaces. No soap was left in the room and the most annoying was issues with no television service for three nights. Contacted front desk several times concerning the television service and asked for compensation and all I received was, “sorry”. "
