Manitoulin Waterfront Cottage for weekly and 2 week Rentals.
Older Cottage has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, hot water, Smart Tv with dvd's, No Wifi, but good data reception, fully furnished with most appliances and cutlery. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen with a drinking water dispenser, games room, and laundry room minus dryer.
There are 2 queen beds, 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and 1 double futon. Cottage sleeps 10.
Cottage has a dock with shallow water under it, and lake shore has a gradual, shallow water entry with sandy bottom that is great for kids. There are 4 kayaks, and 1 rowboat that are included for usage with lifejackets, boat safety kit, and paddles also available. Firepit, outdoor chairs, hammock, BBQ and free parking are available for usage.
Renters must bring their own bed linens, towels, dish cloths, toilet paper, soaps, and personal items. Cottage water is not for drinking, but only for washing, but drinking water dispenser is available in kitchen.
Check-in is Friday after 4 pm or Saturday anytime.
Check-out is no later than Friday before 12 pm, noon. Cottage is cleaned Fridays from 12 pm to 4 pm.
All garbage, recycling, and food must be removed from property by renters at the end of their stay since Nemi Dump is open Tuesdays from 9 am to 3 pm.
Cottage is spacious and has a very relaxing environment with a great western view.
