Find Hotel with a Concierge in Northern Albuquerque, NM

"The front desk person was not welcoming kinda rude. Just seemed really annoyed. Other than that the room was nice clean. "

"The staff was doing the best they can. Check-in was quick and easy. The property was in poor condition and not well maintained. Walk ways were dirty. Handrails to the stairs were filthy and not suitable to hold on to when ascending and descending. The rooms were a good size but the floors were swept just clearly not mopped or cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, dirt in the corners which tells me the sweep/stiffer but do t actually clean/mop. Bathtub/shower was stained and needs to be replaced. The grout needs to be replaced to remove the mold. The bathroom only had a bar of soap and shampoo which are necessities not amenities. Desk chair was stained with dirt. Breakfast area was ok but had a scent that did not promote a sense that the food would be appetizing. "

"The overall stay was okay, but the beds were very uncomfortable. They were quite hard, and you could feel the springs, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep."

"Embassy Suites' hidden cost for parking was a surprise; I wasn't expecting that. I don't mind paying for things that are disclosed, but when they surprise you at check-in, not cool, not professional. Because of this we will not be staying there again."

"Our coffee maker wouldn’t work, no drinking on casino floor. Only had room service until 9 pm.. food was not the best for what they charge.. People were friendly though.. "

"The hotel lobby is very night and feels authentic to the area. The staff are knowledgable and helpful. They had free coffee for the guests in the morning as early at 5am. The rooms were nice, updated and clean. The pool is hard to find but thankfully the front desk person walked with us to show us where it was. The pool was cold (not heated) much as the website says so that would be the only negative. "
