"This me and my family’s first trip to SF. We got lucky and amazed to find this hotel!!! It’s walkable to the park, the cheesecake factory and the cable cars!! A lot of dinning options from breakfast to dinner. And I recommended getting the hop on hop off bus tour because you can hop on and off at the union square park which is one block walk from the hotel."

"After many years, an SF trip was due and many suggested that the Financial District is the best area to stay in. This hotel checked off everything. A compact room for two, comfortable bed. Ice and vending machines on the bottom floor with nice options. Water available on each floor. No fridge in the room, but that was okay. I would stay here again on my next trip based on the price, the area, and how comfortable it felt being there. The employees were very friendly and inviting as well. "

"We had a fabulous time celebrating our Anniversary @ The Monterey Plaza Hotel! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. To our surprise, we received an Anniversary card and a complementary bottle of wine in our room. We also received a delicious Anniversary dessert from Scooners after our wonderful meal. Thanks for making our Anniversary a memorable one! Can’t wait to return!"
