This hotel is everything! Our room was as beach front as you can get and we loved mornings and evenings on the patio. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Every single person, including the owners of the property, were so welcoming and friendly…even the 24-hour security guards (we never felt unsafe the entire time on the island but it was just a little peace of mind). The food was very good and the chef was happy to accommodate my food allergies with swaps. We are already looking to...

The great combo of convenience to the dive shop -- at VERY affordable rates -- and very comfortable (luxurious!) accommodations, along with excellent service across the board and great food, Barefoot Cay is a total winner! For years I have looked into Roatan diving and looked forward to the day I could make it happen. Barefoot Cay and Barefoot Divers exceeded my expectations. With very laid-back, casual atmosphere, the comfort and refreshment level was off the charts. The meals were...

Great property, beautiful location. I would say that they would need to allow some form of partnership with a taxi company or private service for those who want to be out past 10pm when the shuttle stops. I love that the staff will book excursions for you and allow you to make the most of your experience. I do think there is room for an all inclusive for the guests. Although I still paid separately to try each of the restaurants, I think there should at least be an option. Also , earlier...

The hotel is more than we expected in terms of room size and facilities.

Miles of vacate beach to walk, a beautifully designed golf course with more wild life and birds that the local eco tour, great staff, a beautiful pool, and large spacious rooms sum up this remote resort.

It’s the best place not only for the location, but the pool, hotel amenities, restaurant, staff, and walking distance to all the best attractions the island has to offer. Minutes of snorkel away from the beautiful, colorful, amazing coral reef.

My husband booked this resort for me I enjoyed my stay. Very relaxing my room was clean and it had everything I needed and more. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the beach and food at the bar. Beautiful ocean view and spectacular sunset. I will definitely be returning with my husband.

The staff are very friendly, nice beach, nice view, very good food, they have a variety of activities in the resort, like horse-back ride, kayak, live music, fire show, garifuna dance and excellent location for divers

Note even one complaint.. Excellent in all areas, very pleased.!

I cannot say enough about how perfect this place is! The secluded setting between two happening spots was just right for us. The resort is impeccably designed by the owner herself. It’s as gorgeous as the beachfront view. The hospitably and the food is just amazing. Extras like kayaks and snorkel gear onsite for convenient use. If you’re looking to be spoiled in paradise this place is not to be missed.
