"We didn't have breakfast there as it was a separate charge and felt expensive, considering there were so many options nearby, but the location was great, the room was clean and a good size. There were some slightly odd things like it was impossible for the bathroom door to stay open and the duvet didn't seem to be quite big enough for the size of mattress, but minor quibbles......"

"Staff very helpful, check in smooth, room great with plenty of teas and nesspresso coffees, at breakfast food was good the fresh coffee machine was working intermittently with staff trying to sort it every few minutes , so good effort all round and check out smooth. Only a short outside fresh air walk to terminal two or you could go back towards the train station and go inside the skywalk."

"We loved the location of this hotel, it was walking distance to theaters and many top restaurants. The staff were always helpful and friendly. However, it needs some serious maintenance work. The shower never drained right, the second day we had to turn off the water three times in the middle of showering to let the water drain so it wouldn’t run onto the floor. After they tried to fix it we only had to turn it off once during each shower. We had water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom on three mornings. The first time it happened it was clear from stains on the ceiling that it was a recurring problem. So not sure we would recommend this hotel for those reasons."
