"The room had a clump of hair in the bathroom upon arrival, as well as some crumbs on the couch, and was missing a robe. The staff quickly addressed these issues. Otherwise it was a lovely stay. Location by the beach is perfect, plenty of restaurants nearby. The drinks at the bar were wonderful, with a great view of the water. The food at Landshark was hit or miss (but lots of other options nearby). The valet parking is expensive, but they were quick and efficient. Worth the cost as a vacation perk."

"We have been staying here twice a year for the past 4 years. All our previous stays we rated at all 5 stars. We did notice that, with the new management, the service is not as good. We really like this hotel, so we hope the improve to the previous standards."

"Stayed for 2 nights for a graduation, so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel but in the little bit of downtime we had we enjoyed the hotel. It’s right on the beach a the pool was really nice. The onsite restaraunt was good and the snack/ coffee bar in the lobby came in handy. The hotel was beautiful and clean and everyone was helpful. The room and bathroom were really big with coffee maker, refrigerator, safe and iron with ironing board. That came in really handy with graduation clothes. I wish they had a I wish they had an in room microwave, but there is a microwave down in the lobby snack area that I guess you can use. My room was modern. I had the traditional room city view so didn’t have a balcony, but it had ceiling to floor windows gave a beautiful city view. The bathroom was totally renovated and clean. Parking was right across the street in the garage and they had Vallets out front. One negative is the resort fee and parking fee. I also heard about some charges about beach chairs from other family but I don’t know if that was true cause I didn’t experience it myself I would think with the resort fee that would be covered. Overall, I had a really great stay and will definitely stay there again when I’m back in the area"

"The breakfast was good and the facilities were clean. We paid $350 per night for an oceanfront room but was given a room on the street side (no view) with excessive noise. The staff stated that the hotel was full and we could not be moved. No refund or adjustment was offered just like it or leave."

"sliding glass door to the patio was very hard to open and close. Besides that everything was really good."

"Room clean with balcony and very well stocked with towels and toiletries. The 2nd day the evaluator broke causing us to traverse 5 flights of stairs. They did discount our 2nd days stay"
