"Very courteous staff, clean rooms, easy access to various activities both at Grand bear and in the surrounding area. Also surprisingly quiet considering the amount of families that were there. Better Sound insulation than expected."

"The staff was so Friendly!! Clean rooms and the amenities were top notch. I liked the room service paper they gave upon check in where you could request items you needed and if you wanted them to come in the room or leave on the door. The pool area was very nice. My only critic would be the adult pool was not heated like the kid pool. The beds, pillows and couch was very comfortable as well. Overall, excellent stay!"

"Breakfast was delicious 😋 they kept bringing food from the kitchen making sure everyone had enough. If possible please add turkey or beef meat as an option not everyone eats pork. Enjoyed the 9th floor restaurant with the beautiful view of the river. "

"Definitely modernized and improved compared to how it was years ago, per word of mouth. The room was spacious and very clean. The upkeep was done well and timely. Breakfast had a great selection. The staff was excellent."
