The stay was perfect...just not sure about the housekeeping portion. I thought each day the sheets are changed and your bed is made. I left a pair of socks in my sheets that I happened to take off during the night. When I returned later that day after being gone for the day, I expected to either see my socks on the nightstand or on the bed, they were not there in either location. I pulled back the covers of the bed and my sock were still in the bed. That tells me that all the housekeeping staff...

Spent one night here after a college football game. Pleasantly greeting upon arrival. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and shower head was wonderful. Nice breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, yogurt, pastries, fruits, juices, teas and coffee.

Very nice accommodations. Appreciated the management letting our family group of about 20 use the lounge/eating area 2 nights for get-togethers. Only suggestion: please supply a throw-away soap dish to be used by the basin.

We were in town for a softball tournament and booked two rooms at Home2 Suites by Hilton. The rooms were very nice. My only complaint was that I booked the rooms together, but when we checked in, the rooms were on different floors (which isn't a big deal). The beds were super comfy and the staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Easy access, surrounded by plenty of food, shopping and conveniences. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through or to this area.

Came for college tour. This was excellent and seamless. Room was large and everyone was great. If my daughter chooses this school. This where I will stay when I visit.

I was there for support to a family member's open heart surgery. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The facility over all was very clean. The only complain I had to myself was the light that came in through the window past the curtain during the night. Big light outside. But in the defense of the hotel they have a lot of security lighting. It is no fault of theirs that I am very sensitive to light an noise. Over all could not have had a better visit.

We had a great experience at this Holiday Inn location. Everything seems new and well kept. The bed was comfortable! The pillows were very nice for a hotel. Everything in the room was clean. Breakfast had a variety of options. We stayed in the Executive suite with two king beds. There is a small sitting area that has a separate tv, a coffee table that raises to eat on and a futon that lays down. The room had a Keurig, microwave, safe, two TVs and a mini fridge. I was pleasantly surprised at this new hotels , i often travel to Monroe once a year for family visits ,finding decent hotels in Monroe / West Monroe was troublesome and difficult . This hotel was outstanding , staff was professional , price was reasonable .

My mom lives near and I need a place where I feel safe when I come to visit without my husband. Hampton Inn provides that as well as cleanliness and the nicest staff. Breakfast was good too! I love th colors used in decorating. Very soothing.
