"Property is gorgeous and very clean. The cleaning and maintenance staff work hard to keep it that way. Upon arrival the google map streetview showed the neighbors property as being the vrbo property, that created an embarrassing situation with the neighbor when i actually entered that property at their garage. "It was cold in Monterrey while I was there and the common areas of the property have no heat. It was very uncomfortable to be outside my room. I had to ask the maid to change the sheets my first day there because there was what looked like a tick on one of the pillows. The maid was there everyday"

"Not a 5 star hotel, but fine to crash. Other guests were loud in the halls late at night but that's not the hotel's fault"
