"Beautiful place but definitely needs some maintenance and attention in certain areas. The staff were really nice, liz at the reception very professional and helpful. The bell boys and porters very proper and helpful. Food is delicious but the service at the restaurant very slow, lack of attention needs more customer service. The suite I stayed in beautiful, quiet, cool, very comfortable but the bathroom shower/ jacuzzi area I could tell hadn't clean properly or in a long time. I used the...
