"The restaurant was good for the burgers and the breakfast was pretty good. Only two issues. The keys to the doors got easily demagnetized and I had to be redone. I was on the first floor and pretty close to the room. So this was not too much of a problem for me, but if I was on a different floor it would have been annoying. Second issue was the room survice kept trying to come in before we were awake or even checked out. I know there is a privacy door hanger to hang on the door, but people forget to take them down all the time and I feel the room service person would still have open the door. I suggested they check to make sure people have checked out before going to the room. With today's technology there should be a system for them to have on hand to be able to know if people have checked out or not. May make things a bit easier on everyone.... Otherwise the stay was nice and it was nice to have a pool/Jacuzzi that was usable and not "under repair" like other hotels we have stayed in."

"The property is severely suffering. We understood it was for sale. The continental breakfast was canceled due to machinery breakdown. The restaurant and casino were both closed. The tracks in the elevator were filthy. Our room carpet was horrible stained. We didn’t even take off our shoes except to crawl into bed. We couldn’t shower the tub was so nasty. The shampoo conditioner and lotion containers were all only half full. There was no phone in the room. Would never stay there again. "
