"Room was supposed to be a balcony room. It opened up on the roof of the floor below. I could climb over the rail and walk around on the roof. Terrible and not a real balcony. We choose a room with one for a reason. Room was set to 52 degrees so it was freezing upon entry. Other then that and it was a good stay "

"Great location blocks from the plaza . Room was clean . Happy hour option was nice & valet guys specifically were very polite and friendly . Much nicer than any Drury in our town, would definitely stay again . Only thing I wish the basic rooms had was windows that would open for some fresh air . "

"Staff was friendly and accomadating.... The room was clean and well appointed, king bed was very comfy, shower was invigorating and roomy. Breakfast had good selections...waffle maker, and the coffee was the BEST I've ever had in a hotel. Really Would definitely stay here again. No elevators ..2 story, but open wide staircase from lobby to the 2nd floor was no problem."

"Embassy Suites' hidden cost for parking was a surprise; I wasn't expecting that. I don't mind paying for things that are disclosed, but when they surprise you at check-in, not cool, not professional. Because of this we will not be staying there again."
