"I cannot give enough praise to the front desk staff at the Edge. One of our bags did not arrive from Oslo, and we made a claim at the airport, but were not satisfied with that service, being very understaffed, and having difficulties dealing with airport staff in Oslo. But we explained our situation to the Edge staff and they called and called and finally got through to someone, gave more info, followed up, and so on. And we got our luggage, which was crucial as we were leaving on an 11 day cruise, in high arctic Norway (Svalbard), with no ports that can be accessed by plane. The staff were so diligent and empathic. Gems. The room was lovely, but there is no place at all to put away any clothes, which is a bit of a drawback. "

"The view from the cabin was exquisite, with a large deck. Fishing and activities were nearby. We especially liked being outside of a town, watching the birds and boats fishing. The cabin is located so that hikes are very nearby. We cooked a couple of nights in as the cabin had all that you need to cook a meal."
