"Everything was absolutely amazing! The rooms and areas were clean and inviting. The pool was an aquatic center full of things to do and even a waterfall from the ceiling! The front desk people were the most courteous and helpful. They even had a guide pamphlet to help us find places to eat (which included a courtesy shuttle within a certain amount of miles) and another helping visitors with activities and things to see in the area. The breakfast was delicious with waffles, egg omelettes, sausage, fruit, hard boiled eggs, breads, muffins, cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, and juices, milk, and coffee. I would never hesitate at all to suggest this beautiful property! "

"I think because we booked through Expedia we received a room that was next to maintenance room. The view out the window was a big green box for the air conditioner. Room had a damp smell to it and it was in the first floor. Asked for another room and was told you booked through Expedia and we have no other rooms available. Staff not helpful at all. Room was clean but smell and view of huge air conditioner and fence was terrible. I travel every other week and this was not a good experience."

"Would be nice to have on site rentable transportation like a golf cart or something. Not really walkable for my 4 & 6 year old. That being said, plenty to do and keep them busy. Relatively clean. Did note a few ants in the room. Arcade and pool could have been cleaner, but ultimately my kids loved the trip and the stay. "

"Dirty washcloth was left in bathroom. Water for shower was warm but not hot. Breakfast was tasty. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. "

"I would suggest, the term quality is misleading. This is a budget hotel that was very dated – and probably overpriced. Although the staff were pleasant – the hotel is certainly not high-quality - so, depending on your expectations – you might be disappointed. The bathroom in our room was small, outdated, and in need of maintenance. The breakfast was good, but not great – and the omelettes were processed. I probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again."
