"Fantastic hotel the two guys at the front that evening was wonderful friendly helpful. The room was so clean the pool hot tub area beautiful the whole place was absolutely wonderful food in the morning. Breakfast was great easy checkout."

"Shower curtain ripped and a wasp nest in the window that we asked the staff to take care of - they didn’t. Beyond that…..a great hotel. Will stay there again. "

"I was told that all the amenities were up and functional before checking in, but when I arrived to Ogleby resorts, I was told the hot tub was working, and then when I got to the hot tub, it was not working and not functional cobwebs in the ceiling of the room no shampoo in the bathroom and the body wash was ripped off of the wall. Call the front desk to let them know about the hot tub, not working. It was told the maintenance crew was on their way and the maintenance crew did not show up."

"Was given a handicap room- asked to switch. Couldn’t. Bathroom sink was very small, hard to get ready. Shower was handicap accessible so incredibly small because there was a built in chair. The room had no hot water so had to shower in an a different room. "
