"Local residents told me sometime ago this apartment complex was referred to as the prison hotel. One can still notice why. But now it’s under a new management, and for the hotel rooms you can see the rebranding: wifi is 400 kbps, bathroom renovated, clean beds, new quiet AC units. Plenty of parking spaces. Security (cameras everywhere and guard on duty 24/7). Pet friendly. And at some point you realize that barbed wire and high fence is not for keeping you in but for keeping “them” out! :) "

"What upset me was they wouldn't room my deposit over for me to extend my stay out price match the lowest on line price for that exact hotel and room like studio 6 does other than that I liked it much better but I did see a couple roaches unfortunate pretty control and clean garbage cans could rid that problem big bathtub I liked that and fun kitchen with stove and oven kits to like lots to dislike but I will stay here again so because of the room size and kitchen it's fully stocked with cooking...

"Super quick responses when I messaged the host. House was very clean and recently updated. Open kitchen and open dining room and living room. Lots of space for family and kids to spread out. Great location (close to the highway, restaurants and grocery) and safe neighborhood. Covered outdoor seating for morning breakfast or evening dinner. Pool was clean! Lounge chairs, floaties, beach towels and even sunscreen was provided. Would rent again. "
