"We had a great stay at the Stagecoach. The cabin is fun to stay at. It is not far from Acadia National Park. There were a few restaurants nearby including Scovils Millside Dining which had good food at great prices. The cabin was very, very clean. The outside shower was very cool. There was a picnic table and fire pit. The host met us there and went over all of the amenities and how everything works. We loved it."

Our host said I was only registered for 1 adult 2 kids. I had reservations for 5 adults (2weee teens). "Fabulous. Perfect Bold Coast getaway. Peaceful, spacious, gorgeous property away from it all - but close enough to whatever you may want to see, do, eat or experience. Have been DownEast a few dozen times and will definitely come back to this property. Hosts lovely, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. In particular the trails, water views, sunrise on the front porch, writing nook, fireplace, antique décor and spectacular fall color made leaving very difficult. Well stocked pantry, immaculate and cozy...and not an ounce of fussiness :-)"

"Very convenient to shopping and gas stations, although there isn't a lot to choose from for shopping being a quaint, adorable town with friendly, helpful natives. Very typical of an older motel but super nice people running it. On 9.26.26 the front section was being repaired but this did not cause any noise or inconvenience. It's a little thing but an ironing board and iron would have been appreciated. I would definitely book there again. Super clean!!"
