A Sunset oasis with boating, fishing, paddling and swimming right outside your doorstep! Perfectly located in Northport’s wonderful Waterfront Village. Just a short stroll away to great restaurants, european bakery, nice shops, art galleries, live music, outdoor concerts and festivals. The renowned Engeman Broadway caliber Theatre. Weekly Farmers markets. Local Breweries, Wineries and Museums including the Vanderbilt Estate with a fun Planetarium. And the world-class Live Nation Paramount venue is nearby. “Seaside” is conveniently located an hour from NYC and the East End of Long Island. “Seaside has it all! Enjoy. Wow!

“Seaside” is a 2 story Beach style home with great daylight. Private yet convenient within a few minute by foot to the Village. You can also walk to the beaches and parks. The LIRR has a stop 5 minutes away. Boat slips are available next door
