"This guest house was perfect for a quick vacation to Malibu. The room was comfy and the views were great. My only “complaint” although this was nothing major, there was some construction going on at the neighbors homes which made parking tricky at times. Despite the parking situation, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quaint getaway."

The minute you book, you get a text from a random number demanding a photo of your driver’s license. No explanation, no professionalism, just a sketchy text message asking for personal info.
