"Good"

"The hotel was not very clean. Headboard was sticky, shower curtain was moldy. The room only had one regular coffee pod and we were not able to get another."

"When I got to the hotel on Friday, i was told i couldn't check in until 3. The time was about 1:30. This caught me off guard since I frequently check into hotels early. I really wanted to clean up after traveling all day. So I went to the event I was in town for, and checked in later that evening. The room was OK, I had 2 beds which was good since the sheet on one bed had yellowish stains on it. I checked the other bed, and slept there. The coffe was good. But I'll not stay there again. "

"We didn't realize when we booked this that it's a vacation club or in better terms a timeshare. There was a lot of pressure for us to go listen to a two hour spiel but we declined. When we checked in, we said we were not interested, but someone called us our first morning there and asked what we were doing for the day and then asked if we would be coming to the spiel. The accommodations were nice but very dated. They definitely need to update and remodel. The best part was the lazy river."

"Loved that we had a balcony. Wish the hot tub was working and wish the pool was open even though it all looked fine. We were told they were not working."

"Air conditioning was like Antarctica, parking was great room was clean. They provide full size shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion "

"There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom sink. Also the shower door didn’t shut completely and water leaked onto the floor. Bed was comfortable and otherwise the room was very clean. The other thing I didn’t care for is we had to pay to park in the parking lot. If it was a parking garage type situation I could understand but just outside the hotel entrance is a little much to ask for."
