"Very nice inside. Our only complaint would be that someone should possibly blowoff the front entryways from the tree debris…it gets tracked into the apartment every time you go in."

"What you see is what you get loved the stay here and would for sure do it again if I’m out in Austin. Reasonably priced and distance to downtown is also very convenient. The Uber there is cheaper than parking. Loved the property."

"The apartment was fine. However the elevators in the property did not function well. One was out of service all week and the other was not working more that it was working. This situation was very unfortunate as one of my family members uses a wheel chair. should be addressed with the and is not able to climb stairs."

"Great house to stay in for 2 couples on a weekend getaway to Austin. Host was very easy to communicate with when we had a few questions after check in. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Great location for getting to any area of Austin. Neighborhood felt safe. Would stay here again!"

"Free parking is fight for a spot, not a spot reserved. Clean is far from it as had to clean pans to cook dinner. (Have pictures if the owner wants them) trash can had not been rinsed in months. A papertowel was over front door window they used decals off of clothes to hang it. Like slim fit. Communicating is by far not the best. Called them asking about parking at 1130 at night when we arrived NEVER received a call back for the message i left. Not looking for anything in return but wanted to put...

"Great little lake house which was just perfect for my husband and I while we were visiting Austin. Although the lake was low, it was still beautiful and relaxing to sit on the front porch and watch the boats go by. The house had everything you would need including a comfortable bed! We plan to stay here again the next time we are in Austin."
