"OK, let's get things straight. This is a super cheap hotel in an excellent location in a capital city. SO, do not expect anything less than adequate having paid pennies for it. It says excellent as it says on the tin and the bad reviews are correct but out of context. I paid £24 in a capital city......bedroom was adequate and private bathroom (although seperate) was adequate. I stayed in room 6 and I would not feel safe leaving any valuable things in that room due to the door being shabby but...

"The room was clean. My mom and I think that it is still new as all the furniture is relatively new. Only down side is no lift which was my fault as I didn't see it and we had to carry down 2 30 kgs luggage down the from 3rd floor (luckily we didn't need to carry out). But my main purpose is to choose somewhere near the bus station so no complains on that. "I booked this hotel last minute for perhaps cheapest price from available in internet to enjoy skiing in Borovets for 2 days. I am very satisfied with this affordable choice, because driving to/from borovets is easy by microbus going each 1/2 hour from Samokov bus station for price 1.30 BGN only. I enjoyed also visit to Samokov Monastery - service each evening at 17:00 - right after skiing."
