"The rooms were clean and appear recently renovated. The property was tidy. The front staff were not overly attentive and it took about 10 minutes before someone acknowledged my arrival at the front desk when I checked in. "

"Overall, an incredible hotel with amazing staff. The rooms and main areas were very clean, bright and fresh. We were extremely impressed with the breakfast and staff, shout out to Ric and everyone who helped me with my Gluten Free needs. They were very knowledgeable about what was safe to eat and prepared GF bread in a separate toaster.m in the kitchen. I will say, it would not be 100% celiac safe as it is a buffet style but I’m sure the staff would go above and beyond if needed. We were amazed that the owner of the hotel was at breakfast on the weekend going around and making sure everyone was pleased with their stay. She was so friendly and attentive, we were surprised by this level of service! I would recommend this hotel every time to anyone who asked. My only recommendation is to have a place to put things in the shower/ bathroom. We were in a corner room and our sink/counter were outside of the bathroom. There was absolutely nowhere to set our toiletries for our shower. There isn’t even a small shelf in the shower itself. It would be beneficial to have a shelf in the shower and a few hooks/a table outside of the shower for towels, clothes and individual shampoos, soaps, etc. This is being very picky of course but something that was extremely noticeable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay though! Thank you! "

"Very well maintained property on a lake with a beautiful view. Good location to venture out and this is also a very quiet area. There is restaurant pub across the st that has good food as well a cafe a block away that has very good coffee ( D and Jo's Market) Sobey's grocery and a few other stores are about a 3 min drive away. Staff is very friendly. The bed was very comfortable --Medium firm (King -unit #10)"
